"The username or password is incorrect. Please try again."
This message can be displayed for various reasons. This article will help solve most issues with this message and not just incorrect usernames and passwords.
1. Ensure you have a steady internet connection. You can do this by accessing any public page such as http://www.imaginelearning.com
2. Double check the student username and password at my.imaginelearning.com
3. Check your server address/site code to see if it matches the correct school district. (Located at the bottom of the login page in parentheses)

4. If all else fails, please contact Imagine Learning Technical Support
