ERROR The following students failed to transfer: STUDENT NAME. The problems are: Student cannot be transferred, multiple classroom transfer not supported.
Receiving this error will indicate that the student cannot be moved because he or she is assigned to multiple classrooms. In order to move the student he or she should first be removed from all but one of the classes.
Please note, if the student is working on a pathway in each class, you'll need to contact Customer Support to ensure the student doesn't lose any of their work.
Options to solve include:
1. If the student is assigned a pathway in the classroom that he or she will move from, please contact Technical Support.
Please Note: If the student is in one or more deactivated classrooms you will first need to reactivate the deactivated classrooms in order for the "remove student" link to appear to the far right of the student's name.
3. If the student is being removed from a deactivated classroom, please contact Technical Support for assistance.
